Total Trainer Pilates System TT2500P

The Pilates Total Trainer System comes with both Total Trainer and Pilates accessories. The Pilates accessories include a dual leg cuff, shoulder pads, power cords and a toe bar. Also included is a Pilates instructional video and manual making this home gym versatile for men and women. The maximum user height is 6’ 2”.

Joseph Pilates pioneered the Pilates method. The Pilates method of body conditioning includes six principles. They are: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. With the Pilates Home Gym you will have a total gym in your home eliminating the hassle of going to a gym or having several different pieces of equipment cluttering up your home.

Another feature that makes the Pilates Total Trainer System unique is that you can add 100 pounds of weight to our Power Bar. Adding weight increases your level of resistance tremendously. Advanced users often add weight to increase the resistance while performing exercises such as leg squats, calf raises, etc.
