  (NF-4600CC) Classic Club w/Contact Heart Rate: All the features of the Classic Club, plus Contact Heart Rate.
  (NF-4600PR) Programmable Club: 5-Window LED displays Calories, METS (metabolic equivalents), Watts, Time, Distance, Incline and Speed. Preset and customizable programming with Dot Matrix information. Magnetic emergency "kill" switch. Countdown timer and security code.
  (NF-4600PRC) Programmable Club w/Contact Heart Rate: All the features of the Programmable Club, plus Contact Heart Rate.
  (NF-4600HRT) Programmable Club w/Contact Heart Rate and Heart Rate Control: All the features of the Programmable Club, plus Contact Heart Rate. Two polar telemetry controlled heart rate programs: Weight Loss and Advanced Cardio. Gerkin Fitness Protocol available.
   
• Heavy-duty all Steel Frame, Hood, and Components are coated with an RFT Polyurea Elastomer - similar to pick-up truck bed liner but more durable. Vastly superior to powder coating or painted finishes. Will not scratch or chip; prevents rust and corrosion.
   
• Patented Flip-Up Hand Grips are a key feature for full-stride runners and walkers - hands will not hit grips. Perfect for a full body workout with hand weights or dumbbells.
   
• Patented "Force Multiplier Drive System" features a 52 lb. precision-balanced flywheel mounted separately from the motor on pillow block bearings. A 2-step pulley on the motor shaft gears up the flywheel to 2 times the speed of the motor shaft, creating a smooth, constant belt force under all loads. This takes the power load off the motor for cooler performance, and compensates for the foot-plant resistance that damages motors and electronics. This unique drive system creates the most powerful torque in the industry and is the reason we have a proven 600 lb. user capacity.
   
• No Maintenance Self-Cleaning System means you never clean under the hood. This revolutionary concept is exclusive to Noramco Fitness Treadmills. Large fans on the flywheel and motor shafts produce a Cyclonic Forced Air current that keeps the entire motor compartment virtually free of dust, dirt, and grit. In addition, the airflow enables the motor and electronic compartments to run cooler for longer life.
   
• Patented "Zero Load" 4 HP Continuous Duty Motor uses counter-balanced pull on the 2-step pulley to prevent overhang load on the motor shaft. This improves the life of the motor bearings and allows them to run cooler and quieter.
   
• Innovative Weave Design of the Walking Belt reduces noise and dissipates heat to improve the life of the belt and deck. The seam is Ultra-Sonic welded for superior durability. Unlike competitors belts, it does not have to be replaced when the deck is flipped. Treadmill Belt is rated for 40,000 miles of usage.
   
• No Maintenance Reversible "Super Deck" is constructed of a high-grade plywood core between layers of eucalyptus hardwood. The deck is impregnated with polyethylene resin for a dry lubricated wear surface resulting in maintenance free long life. Treadmill Deck never needs waxing or lubricating and does not trap dust and dirt. There are no costly wax bags or additional maintenance. 2-Stage Natural Stride Response (NSR) Shock Absorbing System features dual density dampeners to promote "natural flex" for a comfortable stride.
   
• Opti-Roll Rollers are custom manufactured to maximize the optimum ratio between the inner shaft and outer roller, providing optimal support for the bearings. This large inner shaft results in longer bearing life, and has been proven over many miles and many years with very few failures. Time has proven the amazing durability of our rollers.
   
• Patented "Six Point" Elevation System utilizes both Lift Motor & Hydraulic Pistons generating over 1450 lbs. of thrust.

Treadmill Display

Treadmill Display offers Vandal and Accident Protection:

• Bullet-proof Lexan and Steel covering the display electronics
• Optional Security Access Code to start the treadmill
• Emergency stop magnet on a tamper-proof cable bolted to the steel frame

Steel and Lexan protects the vulnerable (and expensive) electronics from fingernails, keys, dropped dumbbells, and spilled sodas.

Studies have shown that the majority of usage-time in a typical commercial setting is due to unauthorized use (children or vandals). Therefore, Super Tread has provided an optional security code to turn on the treadmill.

There is also a safety stop magnet that must be in place to start the treadmill. This magnet can be easily pulled off to instantly stop the treadmill in the case of an emergency.
