There’s a little advanced geometry here.... and the results are an extraordinary feel in both leg extensions and leg curls.

The backrest adjusts to an upright position for extensions and then drops to a decline angle that promotes proper body alignment for curls. The Legend Leg Extension/Curl Combo has strategically placed handles to keep you locked into place.
