- Received the rower yesterday as promised. 5 days for delivery is very good, considering it came from the USA. The rower is a stunning piece of equipment. It has the best rowing action of any rower I have ever used. The computer is also top notch. The only thing I forgot though, was the adaptor is for US voltage and not the UK - so I have ordered a voltage converter. That said I am extremely happy with it, and cannot wait to use it properly. Thanks for all your help in processing my order.

- We purchased a Spirit Treadmill from you a couple of years ago and have been nothing but pleased. I can’t recall the exact model off the top of my head. Anyway, we will be moving in a week and the treadmill may have to be placed on concrete. Up until now it has been on carpet. I thought a treadmill pad would be a good idea, but wanted your advice – should we have one? If so, do you sell them or can you recommend someone who does? We would prefer to go through you if possible – you have been great to us so far.

I was also able to enjoy two backpacking trips in the mountains because of the conditioning I was able to achieve. writing you just to tell you how much I'm enjoying my new treadmill. Not only
has it been a real convenience for me; it also has been easy on my knees.
Apparently there is just enough flex in the board to save my knees from the
soreness and stiffness that I used to get by running outside on the hard ground.
By using the treadmill nearly every night, I have already lost weight. Consequently, I'm even more motivated to continue. Thanks again for this high quality machine.
